Abstract
|
| |
Between selecting and not selecting policy, there are other selections. The history of Fuzzy
logic and fuzzy method do not go very beyond. But the implementation of fuzzy and its logic
in different disciplines are getting increased. This paper aims to study the notion of fuzzy and
policy and importance of fuzzy in todays chaotic environment for policy makers in national
and international era. Also there are a lot of books and papers published on the methods on
fuzzy but this paper is somehow different with them because has non-mathematical look on
fuzzy and it just makes familiar the policy makers with the notion of non-mathematical fuzzy. |

Abstract
|
| |
The role of policy is important in economic, social and political related issues. The search for
coordination and coherence of policies should take into account the fact that ideas about
policy and its role in development have changed over time, indicating the difficulty to find
clarity on the approaches to social investment, poverty alleviation and equity. This paper aims
to study the importance of the policy, social policy and its related materials.

Abstract
|

We explore the inter-temporal linkage between call rate changes, consumer price index (CPI)
changes, and real gross domestic product (GDP) changes in Japan based on the Taylor rule of
monetary policy. In our analysis, we consider two sample periods, namely, the former is
before zero-interest rate policy and the latter is after it. According to our empirical results,
first, we find that the relations between call rate changes and GDP changes and those between
call rate changes and CPI changes are weak before zero-interest rate policy... |

Abstract

Intense debate surrounds truth commissions as to their mission, perceived roles and outcomes.
This paper seeks to contribute to the understanding of truth commissions in post-conflict
settings. It examines the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) for Sierra Leone, the
first truth commission to be engaged concurrently with a retributive mechanism, the Special
Court for Sierra Leone for transitional justice. The study finds that the TRC provided an
opening for conversation in Sierra Leonean communities to search for the meanings of truth
about the conflict... |

Abstract
|
| |
Public sector accounting and accountability have strong origins in ancient Greece in the
framework of the democracy of Athens and the foreign aid later on. The organs of public
accounting-management are stereotyped but transparency is still an open question. After the
recommendations made by international Organizations(IMF, OECD etc.) and European
Institutions(EU,ECB) many changes/innovations are on the way to restore confidence to
citizens, the European partners and the international markets in an effort to get financing or restructure the terms of the very high national debt... |
